ABOUT

Rick and Cathy Ciaramitaro have devoted more than 50 years to serving the Body of Christ through pastoral leadership, church health, leadership development, and mentoring. Together, they pastored Windsor Christian Fellowship in Windsor, Ontario, for 38 years and have become trusted voices to pastors and ministry leaders across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Rick served for 22 years as overseer of Ministers Network Canada, successfully transitioning the network to the next generation of leadership in 2025. Cathy is the Founder and President of Windsor Life Centre, a Christian residential rehabilitation ministry helping women find freedom from drug and alcohol addiction. She is also the author of four books on the message of the Cross that are being used internationally in churches, Bible studies, and Bible schools.

Today, Rick and Cathy travel extensively, encouraging pastors, strengthening churches, and equipping believers through practical, Bible-centered ministry. Rick is known for his passion for unity, gratitude, and helping believers fulfill God’s purpose, while Cathy is recognized for her powerful teaching on the transforming work of the Cross and the freedom found in Christ.

Known for their warmth, wisdom, and genuine love for people, Rick and Cathy minister with a desire to see churches become healthy, influential, and effective in their communities. Their ministry continues to inspire believers to grow in spiritual maturity, love God’s Word, and live with purpose.

Rick and Cathy divide their time between Windsor, Ontario, and Foley, Alabama. They are blessed with six married children, sixteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
