Mark Harrell has served as the Lead Pastor of Victory Christian Fellowship in Somerset, Kentucky, since 1990. In 2022, he transitioned to serving Victory and other churches as a father to the house. He now spends his time coaching and training pastors and ministry leaders, sharing his wealth of wisdom and leadership expertise with them.

In addition to his love for the local church, Mark loves to cycle and spend quality time with the church, family and grandchildren. Mark and his wife Jeanette have three sons, all married and ministering in their local churches.
