Victoria’s tenure in ministry spans over four decades, serving in various roles as a speaker and worship leader. Victoria has ministered to thousands from the pulpits of small churches to worldwide audiences through weekly-televised programs. She, along with her husband, the late Pastor Lawrence C. Raftery, pastored Laurel Another Chance Church for over 30 years. Though a veteran in ministry, Victoria believes that she hasn’t even begun to scratch the surface of what God has in store, leaving behind a legacy that will not be erased!
